This policy explains how Maydin Ecommerce Trade Ltd, trading as Foxoto Car Parts, dispatches and delivers orders placed on www.foxcarparts.com.

Dispatch

• Order by 3pm Monday to Friday, or by 11am on Saturday (UK time), and we dispatch your order the same day when the parts are in stock.
• Orders placed after the cut-off, on a Sunday or on a day we are closed are dispatched on the next working day. We are closed on bank holidays in England and Wales, and on 25 December, 26 December and 1 January when they fall on a Saturday. The dispatch times on our product pages allow for these days.
• Our working days are Monday to Saturday, except the days we are closed.
• In very busy weeks, such as the week before Christmas, dispatch can take one extra working day.

Delivery in the United Kingdom

• Free tracked delivery on UK orders. We send parcels with carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri and DX, depending on the size of the parcel and where it is going.
• Most parcels arrive the next working day after dispatch. Please allow up to 3 working days, and a little longer for the Scottish Highlands and islands.
• Free Click & Collect: choose Click & Collect at checkout and collect your order from Unit 2c Little Britain House, Alma Road, Chesham, HP5 3HB. We email you when it is ready, usually within an hour during our opening hours. Please bring your order number.

Delivery outside the United Kingdom

We deliver to the countries you can choose at checkout. The delivery charge for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.

• Ireland and the other EU countries: usually 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
• Other countries, including the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: usually 5 to 10 working days after dispatch.

These are estimates. Customs checks can add time.

Import taxes, duties and customs

• Parcels to countries outside the UK are sent Delivered At Place (DAP), unless the checkout shows import taxes and duties as included. With DAP, the person receiving the parcel pays any import VAT, GST or sales tax, customs duty and the carrier’s clearance fee when it arrives.
• Prices shown for countries outside the UK do not include these charges unless the price says so.
• European Union: we are not registered for the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS), so import VAT and the carrier’s charges may be due on delivery. From 1 July 2026 the EU also charges customs duty on low-value parcels.
• USA: parcels are sent with the import duty paid by us. The duty is included in the delivery charge shown at checkout, so there is no duty to pay on delivery.
• Other countries: the rules and limits differ. Please check with your customs office if you are unsure.
• We declare the real value and contents of every parcel. We cannot mark a parcel as a gift or declare a lower value.
• If you do not want a parcel, you can cancel your order under our Returns and Refunds Policy. If a parcel comes back to us because the import charges were not paid, we refund the order, less the cost of returning the parcel to us.

Parts we may not be able to send abroad

Carriers limit some goods on international routes, for example aerosols, oils and other fluids, and some batteries. If we cannot send a part to your country, we contact you and refund it in full.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link when your order is dispatched. Tracking updates can take a few hours to appear after the first carrier scan.

Delivery problems

• Late or lost parcels: if your parcel has not arrived within the delivery time above, or tracking has not changed for 5 working days (10 working days abroad), contact us. We will trace it with the carrier and then send a replacement or refund you. The parcel is our responsibility until it is delivered to you, or to the person or safe place you chose.
• Damaged parcels: please tell us as soon as you can and send photos of the part, the box and the label. Keep the packaging until we have finished. This helps us claim from the carrier and does not affect your legal rights.
• Address: please check your address before you pay. We can change it only before dispatch. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we can send it again for the delivery charge or refund the price of the goods.

Returns and refunds at a glance

• Changed your mind? Return an unused part within 30 days of delivery. You pay the return postage.
• Faulty, damaged or wrong part? Or a part that does not fit a vehicle our website listed it for? We pay the return postage and put it right with a refund, a repair or a replacement.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the part, or your proof of posting it, whichever is sooner.
• To cancel or return: use your account (Orders) or email info@foxcarparts.com.

Your right to cancel (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the UK or the European Union, you can cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

• The 14 days start the day after you, or someone you name (not the carrier), receive the goods. If your order comes in more than one parcel, they start the day after the last parcel arrives. For a subscription, they start the day after the first delivery.
• You can also cancel before we dispatch. We then refund you in full.

How to cancel

Tell us clearly that you want to cancel before the 14 days end. Any of these ways is fine:

• Online: sign in to your account on www.foxcarparts.com, open Orders, choose the order and select the cancel or return option.
• By email to info@foxcarparts.com, or by post to the address below.

You can use the model cancellation form at the end of this policy, but you do not have to. We confirm by email that we have received your cancellation.

Sending the goods back

• Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, to: Returns, Maydin Ecommerce Trade Ltd, Unit 2c Little Britain House, Alma Road, Chesham, England, HP5 3HB, United Kingdom.
• You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. From outside the UK this can cost more than a UK return.
• Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Your refund

• We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund only the cost of our standard delivery.
• We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you giving us proof that you sent them, whichever is sooner. We use the payment method you used, and you pay no fee.
• You may handle a part only as you would in a shop, to see what it is and check it. Please do not fit it. If a part has been fitted, used, marked or damaged, or parts of it or its packaging are missing, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value. If it can no longer be sold, this can be up to the full price.

When the right to cancel does not apply

• Goods made to your own specification.
• Goods that, after delivery, are mixed with other items so that they cannot be separated, for example oil or fluid that has been added to a vehicle.
• Purchases made for your business (see Business customers below).

Our 30-day returns

As well as your legal right to cancel, you can return a part within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price of the part:

• The part must be unused and complete, in its original packaging.
• You pay the return postage. Please use a tracked service.
• If you return a part after the 14-day cancellation period, we do not refund the original delivery charge.

Faulty, damaged or wrong parts

Everything we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not:

• Within 30 days of delivery, you can reject it for a full refund.
• After 30 days, we will repair or replace it. If that is not possible, or does not work, you can have a refund or a price reduction. If you are in the UK, you can make a claim for up to 6 years after delivery (5 years in Scotland). If you are in the EU, your legal right to goods that match the contract lasts at least 2 years from delivery.
• We pay the return postage for faulty, damaged or wrong parts. We send you a prepaid label or refund your postage.

Parts that do not fit

If a part does not fit a vehicle that our website listed it for, or that we confirmed in writing, and the vehicle details you gave us were correct, we treat it as not as described. We pay the return postage and refund you in full. Before fitting, please compare the new part with the one you are replacing, for example its shape, connectors and part numbers.

What is not a fault

Normal wear and tear, and damage caused by incorrect fitting, an accident, misuse or changes to the part, are not faults. This does not affect your legal rights.

Manufacturer’s warranty

If a part comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, its terms are given with the part or on the product page. A warranty is in addition to your legal rights.

How to return a part

1. Tell us: use your account (Orders) or email info@foxcarparts.com with your order number, the part and the reason. For a faulty or damaged part, please add photos.
2. We reply with the return instructions, and a prepaid label if we pay the postage.
3. Pack the part securely with your order number inside, and send it to the address above.
4. Keep your proof of postage until your refund arrives.

Refunds

• Refunds go to the payment method you used. Your bank or card provider may take a few working days to show them.
• For subscriptions, each delivery is a separate order and can be returned under this policy.

Business customers and trade accounts

If you buy for your business, including through a trade account, the consumer cancellation rights above do not apply. Please contact us before returning a part: we accept unused, resaleable parts within 30 days of delivery, and we tell you before you send it if a handling charge applies. If a part is faulty or not as described, you have the rights given to business buyers by law.
