Same-Day Dispatch

• Orders placed before 15:00 (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on UK public holidays ship the next working day.

Tracked Delivery (Usually Next Day)

• We ship with a tracked service. Delivery is usually next working day after dispatch.
  

• You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Fees

• Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.

Missed Deliveries

• If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave instructions to rearrange or collect your parcel.

Address Changes

• If you need to update your address, contact us asap. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date.

Who pays return postage?

• Customer pays the return postage for change-of-mind returns.

• If your item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover return costs or provide a prepaid label.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags/accessories included.

• Please pack securely; we’re not responsible for items damaged in transit due to poor packaging.

Non-Returnable Items (for hygiene/safety or if sealed and opened):

• Perishables, made-to-order/personalised items, intimate or hygiene products, and gift cards.

• If unsure, just ask us before ordering.

Exchanges

• Fastest way: return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement you want.

How to Start a Return

1. Email [your support email] with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

2. We’ll confirm the return and provide the return address and any instructions.

3. Post the item back using a tracked service (keep your proof of postage).

4. We’ll process your refund once we’ve received and checked the item.

Refunds

• We aim to process refunds within 2–3 working days of receiving your return.

• Your bank/card provider may take 3–10 working days to show the funds.

• Refunds go to the original payment method only.

• Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We’re sorry if something’s not right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos showing the problem and the packaging

We’ll put it right quickly.

Important Notes

• We can’t accept returns that arrive outside the 30-day window without prior approval.

• If a returned item arrives used, damaged, or missing parts, we may deduct a reasonable restocking fee or decline the return.

• Please don’t send returns without contacting us first, as they may not be processed correctly.
