Same-Day Dispatch

Who pays return postage?

  • Please pack securely; we’re not responsible for items damaged in transit due to poor packaging.

  • Perishables, made-to-order/personalised items, intimate or hygiene products, and gift cards.

  • If unsure, just ask us before ordering.

Exchanges

  • Fastest way: return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement you want.


How to Start a Return

  3. Post the item back using a tracked service (keep your proof of postage).

Refunds
